I did this and it works, I no longer get any quota exceeded messages. Removing the quota on the FTP EMAIL user account also removes it on the FTP user account and vice-a-versa. Thing is if you limit the disk quota on the FTP EMAIL user account you also limiting the disk quota on the FTP user account. If you do, then the FTP user has an EMAIL address which shows up with all other email users. When you create an FTP user account it askes if you would like to create and email address as well.
